Showed up on time, did the work quickly and expertly, and just generally made the whole (what I assumed would be a pain) endeavor easy and efficient. Unbelievable! The first call i made and they had what we needed. Driving a 96’DT466 International 4700.The owner had us go to a truck stop and was sending roadside service to us. Although he said we would have to wait a few hours for our windshield. His crew was there an hour early and took just a few minutes to install. We have stayed on schedule. We HIGHLY recommend this company. Nice people, nice price! Thank you!
Literally the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. They called me and told me I could bring my car in early if I wanted, so I show up and I walked in, was instantly greeted and quoted 45 minutes. I was shown the waiting area and was shown the remote, WiFi password, candy to eat, chargers in case I wanted to charge my phone, and was told that if I wanted to change the temperature I could. I know all of this is somewhat standard of a waiting area, but the fact that the man was super friendly and accommodating while pointing this all out to me, it made me feel comfortable. Great customer service! They also got my windshield replaced in 20 minutes! Great service and super reasonable prices! I highly recommend!

Excellent service. I was able to get in next day and he was waiting for me when I arrived. It took him less than an hour and I paid $40 less than any other quote I received. One quote I received had 3.6 hrs of labor estimated. Elite did it in 40 minutes.

Called and setup an appointment to have the back glass replaced on my truck. Had a small issue with one of the techs arriving late but owner, Chad, was very responsive and rectified the situation. I was ready to call elsewhere but his honest, straightforward, and customer oriented demeanor made me stay with Elite and I am happy I did!

After a giant pebble smacked into the windshield of my new Jeep Wrangler, I called Elite Auto Glass and they repaired it the next day, plus they handled everything with my insurance. Excellent service, excellent staff!

Beautiful work! Came right to my work, was done in no time, and the price was far better than any other place I had looked into.
My service was quick and the staff was friendly. I had to reschedule and it was no hassle. The only minor set back I had was finding the location. I did have the address and spoke with staff atleast 3 times over the phone and was never really explained that the building would be labeled with another businesses name so I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place. Other than that everything was very carefree. I would definitely go back.

Fast and prompt service and a great job installing a new windshield on a Honda Civic.
I don’t know why I’m the only review. These guys were awesome. I was not overly concerned with the price to replace my windshield. I was expecting $300 to $400 based on Safelite prices. I did want the job done quickly. The competition couldn’t schedule anything for week so I shopped around and found Elite Auto Glass. I called for a quote as was very surprised to hear that they were over $100 cheaper and could stop by my work to replace the windshield the next morning. The cost difference made me nervous about quality but that was unfounded. They have a lifetime warranty on their work. The job was finished quickly and professionally today and the tech that did work was great to work with, even though the weather threw a curve ball. I think they even threw in a pair of blades.
Very accommodating and came out on my schedule, highly recommend these guys. Very friendly and willing to work with ya.
